Limerick's Lee poised for World Title shot

Hopefully this will be a familiar sight in the coming year;
2011 looks set to be a big year for Limerick's ANDY LEE

Andy Lee could be fighting for the WBO World Middleweight Title against Sergio Gabriel Martinez in his next fight.
The 26-year-old Limerick southpaw is the most likely challenger for the bout that will most likely take place at the famed Madison Square Garden in New York. The date should be Saturday night, March 12th next, to coincide with St. Patrick's week festivities in New York City.

Lee's manager and trainer; the legendary Emanuel Steward says that the camp are "close to completing a deal with Martinez's people. I have no doubt that Andy's superior skills will beat Martinez and then hopefully we'll make a voluntary defence with an all-Irish bout in Dublin against John Duddy or Matthew Macklin."
