Wolves devour Chelsea:

Magnificent Molineux Night for Mick McCarthy (above)
I think the score says it all: WHAT A  NIGHT for Wolves who are OUT of the relegation zone with tonight's results going their way.
Great night for Ireland's Stephens Ward & Hunt

"My players give me everything they have,  for which I'm hugely thankful and proud of"- says Wolves boss Mick McCarthy

The goal came after only five minutes and was an own goal but WHO CARES because Wolves deserved to shade it and beat the billionaire League Champions from the King's Road. Wolves deserved to take the points, if only for the guts that was shown to hold on to the lead for more than 86 minutes. Waterford's Ireland international STEPHEN HUNT  was crowned man of the match as he covered every blade of grass on the Molineux pitch. Former Cork City star KEVIN DOYLE returned to the fray  against Chelsea and as ever the Wexford native ran his socks off before being substituted 15 minutes from time. Fellow Ireland internationals Stephen Ward and Michael Foley also played their part in a magnificent night for the Molineux men. WE ARE WOLVES and we played like Wolves tonight!
GET IN THERE! WOLVES 1-0 BILLIONAIRES
